Here is the fix if you get an error when running get-owavirtualdirectory

Unable to create Internet Information Services 0x80005008

1. Stop all IIS Services

2. Go to c:\windows\system32\inetsrv

3. Edit Metabase.xml

4. Search for IPSecurty=

5. Delete the entire line that has ipsecurity.

6. Save file.

7. Start all IIS service
