Redundant Offsite Server Backup

Equipment – You have 2 options.

1. Only back up files to offsite server. You will not be able to remote into backup server. If you had a server crash, you would have to rebuild the server and restore the data from the backup server.

* With Option 1, your data will be backed up hourly

One time cost = Around $150.00 for your personal hard drive plus the Setup fee of $99.00. Depending on how much data you currently have.

2. Full real time backup with remote desktop ability. You must purchase your own dedicated server with minimum hardware. The backup server will remain your equipment if you decide to end the backup contract. I will take care of ordering the server for you.

Cost of server = Approximately $1000.00 depending on current prices. I do not mark up or make any money on the backup server.

You will also need a firewall capable of doing a IPSEC vpn tunnel to my office. You may already have one. I could check for you if you are interested. If you do not have one, the cost for a Watchguard Edge X10e firewall is $450.00
